Site layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
